Grounding Meditation MP3
Begin with my 13-minute grounding meditation. It will lead you through a process to ground to the Earth, exchange energy with it, open your heart, and more. I recommend doing it first thing in the morning to set the tone for your day and last thing at night to clear the debris of the day.
Once you get comfortable with the steps, you can use them in daily life, even when you’re not meditating. I routinely have cords from my feet and my root/1st chakra in the Earth to stay grounded. In this way, grounding isn’t special but routine, a normal part of my energetic self-care, which creates security and sanity.
